If you plan on riding up with the group or meeting up with us along the way or even in Atlanta, please let me know (email).  We do not want to miss anyone....  Currently, from our chapter we have 41 bikes (58 people) heading to the event.

Some reminders (I know I can't have enough reminders).....

1) Don't forget to pack your commemorative ticket that you received in the mail. That is your admission ticket to the event.

2) Don't forget to bring your bathing suit. Nothing better than cooling off with a good swim after a day of riding in the summer heat.

3) Chapter T-shirt Day. Don't forget to pack your new chapter t-shirt (blue, went on sale this past weekend, 7/4-6). If you didn't get one yet, you can stop by Harley Davidson/Buell of Dothan and get your t-shirt for $15. We are planning on the group wearing their chapter t-shirts on Friday, July 19th.  Dutch and Sara purchased the chapter t-shirts this year and donated them to the club.  All monies received from the sale of the shirts will belong to the club for activities/festivities, etc...

4) Security Notes about the event....

All attendees and their belongings will pass through a thorough security screening process. The following items are prohibited inside the ticket gates:

• Cans, glass containers, and coolers

• Alcoholic beverages

• Animals, except service dogs

• Lawn chairs, umbrellas

• Skateboards or in-line skates

• Knives of any kind, guns, or other weapons

• Fireworks

No storage area is available for items not allowed on the grounds.
