“Get
Your Motor Running”
I know that some of you are glad
that the State Rally is over.
(I’m for one!) It’s time to get
back to our old ways and that is to “Just Ride.” First I would
like to thank all the officers, volunteers, club members and friends
for all your help and support. The Rally was great! Now
be sure and check out our Ride activities and sign up as soon
as you can for our out of town rides. If you have any new ideas
about rides, get them to our officers or me.
We are having great ride weather,
so let’s make good use of it. See you Saturday!!!
PS. On a sad note I want to give
our condolences to Daniel Walker in the passing of his Mother.
Please keep Daniel and his family in your prayers.

Riders, Here it is the first of the year, and we are gearing up
for a fun-filled and memorable year.
Look
at the new calendar and make your plans early. We have added a
few new places to go and of course don’t forget our HOG Bash this
summer.
This
February will be club membership renewal month. It is important
to join your wife or significant other as the extra cost is well
worth it if they are planning to join you at any of our parties.
We are looking for all kinds of help to make this club more exciting
and fun. If you have any ideas or special traits that can help
the club, please let us know.
Special
thanks to Mike Leak for volunteering to be our publisher. This
is his first production and it looks great.
Does
anybody know what is happening April 22? It is Dothan’s time to
shine as host of the Alabama State Hog Rally. Volunteers are needed.
If you are available April 22 to April 24, let us know and we
will let you be part of History.
Welcome
all new members and I encourage them to introduce themselves to
me and other officers, as you are our club’s future and fellow
riders. If you have any questions about our
club please ask me or other club members. Remember that
every third Saturday of each month is our club meeting at Ryan’s.
It is important that everyone attends so that all suggestions
can be discussed. Besides good food, we still have 50/50 drawing,
and occasional door prizes. Oh, I almost forgot, we will be giving
away two 50-dollar gift certificates at each club meeting to members
and associates that are present. Our next two club meetings are
January 17th and February 21st. Deep
down I know that that you are coming just to see the new Director.
